A cherished family home since the 1990s, Tpot invites guests to reconnect with nature and history in a tranquil setting. Surrounded by lush woodland walks, ruins to explore, a waterfall, and a burn flowing down the hillside, there’s no TV, just the warmth of a cosy fireplace, board games, and endless adventures.
Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, barbecuing in the garden, or simply unwinding in one of our cosy rooms, Tpot Guesthouse offers the perfect escape to a simpler, slower rhythm of life.
